The protection of personal information act came into effect on 01/07/2021, whereby all businesses need to comply to the act. The project runs through three phases as depicted below
Covid-19 Project
This project assists businesses in complying to the regulations published in the national disaster act 2002 updated with the protocols relating to the Covid-19 disease. This project involves doing an assessment to identify the gaps and creating action plans to close these gaps
OHS Project
The occupational health and safety project starts with an assessment of the requirements of the act. This includes the OHSA role appointments and training, various registers and checklists that should be in place as well as the OHSW policy and other relevant documents
